What you will find
Fourteen collections, from calendars and paper to certificates and seasonal sheets. Each sheet has its own page with a preview of exactly what prints, a ready-made PDF, on Letter for most sheets, and the settings that matter for that sheet: the words, names, dates, paper size and one of four styles, Classic, Bold, Colour or Ink saver.
How the sheets are made
Every sheet is drawn by code from its own measurements: a month from its dates, graph paper from its spacing, a word search from its words. The drawings on occasion and children’s sheets are original shapes, with no licensed characters. When you change a setting, the sheet is drawn again in your browser and the PDF is made there too, so nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Where the facts come from
Holidays and paper sizes come from the organisations that set them, such as the US Office of Personnel Management for federal holidays and GOV.UK for UK bank holidays. The Sources page lists each one.
What a PDF can promise
A PDF made here has exact page sizes and page order. A printer can still shrink a page or flip the back side the wrong way, so print one sheet at Actual size or 100% first. The print-size checker and the double-sided test find the settings your printer needs.
Who runs it
EveryPrintable is an independent site. It is free to use, nobody pays us to recommend anything, and there are no paid product links.
