A4 and Letter give schedules, projects and notes the most room. A5 and Half Letter balance writing room with portability. A6, Mini and Personal suit short entries; preview daily hours, long titles and optional sections before choosing them. Classic sits between the compact and full-sheet groups.
Use a print path that fits at 100%
Compare the A4 and Letter columns to see whether one or two finished pages fit at 100%. A failed cell shows the available width and height; compare those with your finished page and choose a fitting sheet or one-up path. Direct-size output uses paper already cut to your finished dimensions. The builder refuses an incompatible arrangement rather than shrinking the page.
