Every size fits when you print at finished size. Where a size doesn’t fit a sheet, the cell shows the room there is; pick a column that says it fits. Two pages per sheet print with the paper turned sideways. Print at 100% on paper your printer takes.

The exact sizes

The table shows all nine sizes in their own units, with millimetres beside inches. Two sizes with the same outside measurements, such as US Letter and Happy Planner Big, can still use different holes or discs.

How much you write

A4 and Letter give schedules, projects and notes the most room. A5 and Half Letter balance writing room with portability. A6, Mini and Personal suit short entries; check daily hours, long titles and extra sections in the preview before choosing one. Classic sits between the compact and full-sheet groups.

Paper that fits at 100%

The A4 and Letter columns show whether one or two pages of each size fit on that paper at 100%. Where a page does not fit, the cell shows the room there is, so you can choose other paper or one page to a sheet. You can also print on paper already cut to your page size. The builder refuses any combination that would need shrinking.
