Check your custom dimensions
Measure a finished insert without its tab. Enter width and height in millimetres.

Your dimensions transfer privately in this browser. Set the binding margin and layouts in the builder.
Enter the finished page size
Choose inches or millimetres and enter the width and height in the orientation you want the page generated. The builder accepts widths from 90 to 330 mm and heights from 140 to 483 mm. Measure a known insert or trusted specification rather than estimating from the planner cover.
Check the source-sheet geometry
Direct-size output expects paper already cut to the custom finished dimensions. Centered and two-up modes use A4 or US Letter and remain available only when the custom rectangle fits the actual cell at 100%. If it fails, choose a larger source sheet, one-up output, or revise the measured finished size; the builder does not auto-shrink.
Set content clearance separately
The inner content margin moves writing areas away from the selected binding edge. It is content clearance, not a punch-hole coordinate or a promise that a particular punch will fit. Trim first, then align the finished sheet with the punch maker’s physical guide.
After printing, measure both finished axes. A correct outer rectangle still does not prove printable area, cover clearance, ring spacing or punch compatibility.
