Double-Sided Print Test
Print a marked two-sided test page on Letter or A4 to find the flip setting that keeps the back upright, then measure how far the back shifts.

Print both pages double-sided at Actual Size / 100%. Keep the front upright, then turn the sheet over like a book.

Print only the test pair first. Its front, back and top labels help you inspect what your printer actually did.
Driver labels differ. This result describes only the setup you tested; retest after changing the printer, driver, paper or orientation.
Measure front-to-back alignment
- Start with correction off. Print the test pair at 100% and confirm the back is upright.
- Face the BACK page toward you with TOP upright. Hold the sheet to a light so you can see the front ring through it.
- Measure from the front ring’s center to the back cross. Enter right and down as positive; left and up as negative.
For example, 2 mm right and 1 mm up is X = +2, Y = −1. Enter the shift from your first test, not from a checking sheet.
The backs already line up with the fronts, so nothing moves.
First pick “Right way up, on the right edge” above. Moving the back can’t fix pages that print upside down.
Correction is off. This test shows how far the back sits from the front.
This correction fits this printer and these settings only. Change the printer driver, tray, paper, orientation or flip setting, or load a saved draft, and run the test again. Changing the paper you print on, the page size or the arrangement also clears it.
