Your layout choices, dates and generated document remain in the browser while you work. Creating or downloading a PDF does not require sending the planner content to EveryPrintable.
Saving is your choice
Draft saving is off unless you explicitly choose to remember a draft in browser storage. You can clear saved drafts from the tool or your browser. A saved draft stays on that browser profile and is not an account backup.
Analytics
We use Plausible and Google Analytics to see which pages, calendars and tools are useful. Plausible counts visits and actions without analytics cookies and may receive information about the page that referred you here. We send page addresses without query strings or fragments. Providers receive technical connection information, such as browser type and IP address; events contain general action categories, never planner text, dates, measurements, saved drafts or contact text.

Google Analytics is run by Google, which receives the page address, the actions we measure on this site and browser and device information, and sets cookies that tell repeat visits apart. Its advertising features are off.
In the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and whenever we cannot tell which country a visit comes from, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept on the bar at the bottom of the page. Decline loads nothing from Google. Your choice is kept in this browser for six months, then the bar asks again.
Elsewhere, Google Analytics loads with each page unless you choose Decline. Cloudflare, which delivers our pages, tells your browser which country the visit comes from.
Wherever you are, Cookie choices at the bottom of any page, or the button below, changes your choice. Decline stops Google Analytics on this site in this browser and deletes its analytics cookies. If analytics was running, the page reloads to apply your choice. Decline holds on every page; outside the countries above it is kept until you change it.
Advertising
No advertising script is installed and no advertising slot is filled. Before any advertising network is switched on, this page will name it and say what it stores, and the network’s own consent tool will ask visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom before any advertising cookie or identifier is set.
Visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom
Plausible is cookieless and reports visits in aggregate with no personal identifier.
The third parties that can receive technical connection information, such as browser type and IP address, are Google (Google Analytics) and a self-hosted Plausible Community Edition instance. A display advertising network will be added to this list on the day one is switched on, and not before. To ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be removed, use the contact page.
What you type and your photos
Typing and PDF generation happen in your browser. Photos selected for photo calendars are processed locally. They are not uploaded to this site.
Adding a sheet to a refill keeps its settings, text and any photo in temporary storage for that browser tab. Clear the library selection in the refill builder or close the tab to remove it. Saved planner drafts remain a separate action you choose.
Messages you send us
The contact form sends your message, your reply address and any page or source you add through Cloudflare, which runs an automatic security check that never asks you to solve anything. We keep each message in our contact inbox at Cloudflare for 12 months, then it is deleted automatically, and a copy goes to a private Discord channel our team reads. We use your reply address only to answer you. To see or delete a message you sent, use the same form and we will delete both copies. Your planner, saved drafts and the words you type into a sheet are never attached. Please do not include passwords, keys or private documents.
