Planner generation happens in your browser. There is no account, upload or server-side copy of your document.

Browser-local generation

Your layout choices, dates and generated document remain in the browser while you work. Creating or downloading a PDF does not require sending the planner content to EveryPrintable.

Saving is your choice

Draft saving is off unless you explicitly choose to remember a draft in browser storage. You can clear saved drafts from the tool or your browser. A saved draft stays on that browser profile and is not an account backup.

Analytics

We use Plausible and Google Analytics to see which pages, calendars and tools are useful. Plausible counts visits and actions without analytics cookies and may receive information about the page that referred you here. Google Analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied, and advertising personalization is off. We send page addresses without query strings or fragments. Providers receive technical connection information, such as browser type and IP address; events contain general action categories, never planner text, dates, measurements, saved drafts or contact text. Consent is denied by default for analytics and advertising storage before either provider loads, which is what visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom get until that changes.

Cookies and browser storage

EveryPrintable sets no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie of its own. A planner draft is written to this browser only when you press Save draft, stays on this browser profile, and never leaves it. Plausible counts visits without a cookie. Google Analytics runs with analytics storage and advertising storage denied from the first line of every page, so it does not write its usual cookies while that denial stands.

Advertising

Display advertising is how this site is paid for. No advertising script is installed today and no advertising slot on this site is filled. Before any advertising network is switched on, this page will name it and say what it stores, and the network’s own consent tool will ask visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom before any advertising cookie or identifier is set.

Visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom

Consent starts denied. Google’s consent signal is set to denied for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation before any tag loads, on every page. Plausible is cookieless and reports visits in aggregate with no personal identifier.

The third parties that can receive technical connection information, such as browser type and IP address, are Google (Google Analytics) and a self-hosted Plausible Community Edition instance. A display advertising network will be added to this list on the day one is switched on, and not before. To ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be removed, use the contact page.
