How to Resize a Printable for Your Planner

For an EveryPrintable sheet, choose the finished size before downloading. Regenerating the layout preserves its spacing more reliably than shrinking the whole document.

When changing PDF scale is different

Scaling changes every dimension, including grid spacing, text and binding clearance. The scale percentage is the target dimension divided by the original dimension, multiplied by 100. Width and height can imply different percentages when the page shapes differ.

Check both edges

Compare both dimensions in the size guide. If you scale a PDF from another source, check that nothing is clipped and measure the result before trimming.
