How the levels are set

On this site the level is the number of given numbers: easy gives 45, medium 35 and hard 27. Fewer givens usually take longer to solve, but the solving methods a puzzle needs can differ between two puzzles of the same level. Every puzzle is checked to have exactly one solution.
