Take the PDF file and tell the shop the intended paper size, actual-size setting and whether you need one or both sides.

What to bring

Bring the downloaded file rather than a screenshot of the preview. For a planner refill, also bring its assembly checklist and specify the finished dimensions and source sheet.

Approve a sample

Ask for a sample before a large run. Measure the page, check the front and back, then agree on trimming and binding. Prices and accepted paper types depend on the shop; check them directly.
