Prepare the correct imposed sheet
Choose one-up centered or a supported two-up mode when printing on a larger source sheet. Review the sheet-side map, crop marks and every inserted blank before download.
- Keep each copy as its own ordered set.
- Print a single representative sheet first.
- Mark the front, top and sequence when the page order is easy to confuse.
Cut to the finished rectangle
Align a straightedge or trimmer with opposing crop marks without cutting away the remaining reference marks too early. Make repeatable outer cuts, then separate two-up sheets in the order shown by the checklist.
Keep hands outside the cutting path and follow the tool manufacturer’s instructions.
Measure before punching
Check the trimmed width and height against the selected preset. Stack only as many sheets as your cutting and punching tools support. Then use the punch maker’s physical guide; the PDF does not supply guaranteed hole coordinates.
