Check the refill before downloading
Confirm finished dimensions, layout-group order, date range, week start, binding side and inner content margin. Review logical page count, source sheet count, printed sides, crop marks, imposed order and inserted blanks.
- Save only when you explicitly want the browser to remember the draft.
- Download the PDF and its assembly checklist together.
- Open the downloaded PDF and inspect page size, sequence and representative layouts.
Prove the print setup
Download a one-page test before committing to a full run. In the print dialog, choose the paper named in your plan, turn off Fit or other scaling, and measure the calibration mark. A mathematically correct PDF cannot predict a printer driver, printable area, feed path, or borderless setting.
If printing both sides, run the duplex test generated from the current plan and print a short distinctive page sequence. Record the working viewer and driver settings in the checklist.
Finish in the safe order
Print the planned copies, keeping each copy as its own set. Verify page order and scale, then trim to finished dimensions. Punch or bind only after trimming, following the selected system and its tool instructions, and assemble one copy before processing the rest.
Page through dates and sections in the bound planner. Retain a successful test sheet and settings note for the next refill.
