Before you download
Check the finished size, the order of the layouts, the dates, the week start, the binding edge and the margin. The summary shows how many pages, sheets and printed sides the refill needs, where the trim marks go and any blank pages added for double-sided printing.
- The browser remembers a draft only when you choose to save it.
- Download the PDF and its print checklist together.
- Open the downloaded PDF and check the page size, the order and a few pages.
Check the printer
Print one test page before the whole set. In the print dialog, choose the paper the PDF is made for, turn off Fit to page and any other scaling, and measure the test mark. The PDF is the right size; the printer settings decide whether it stays that way.
For double-sided printing, print the double-sided test made for this refill, then a short run with different dates on each page. Note the settings that worked on the checklist.
Finish in this order
Print the copies you need, keeping each copy in its own stack. Check the order and the size, then trim. Punch or bind only after trimming, using your tool’s own guide, and assemble one copy before doing the rest.
Page through the dates and sections in the finished planner. Keep a good test sheet and the settings note for next time.
