Choose size and layout
1. Page size

148 × 210 mm / 5.827 × 8.268 in

Clearance for writing areas, not a hole pattern. Use your punch maker’s physical guide.

2. Layouts and order

Choose the pages you need. Use the arrows to put selected layouts in the order you want to print them.

Each dated layout covers the date range before the next layout starts. Year overviews use two pages per year.

3. Dates

Weeks include the full week containing the start/end date. Months include full month grids. Optional holiday labels follow current recurring rules for 2021–2100; they exclude state, school and religious calendars.

4. Print arrangement

PDF pages match the finished dimensions. Load that paper size, or choose a larger source sheet with trim marks.

Which source sheets fit?

At 100%, with no scaling. Two-up uses a landscape source sheet. Direct-size output always matches your entered dimensions.
