Homeschool attendance sheet for multiple children
Record each child’s attendance on a separate row across the month. Choose the month and names; the sheet prints every date, its weekday and a blank total for each child.
Plan shared lessons beside each child’s own work on one sheet. Start with three child columns and eight half-hour blocks from 09:00 to 12:30, then change the names, times and activities.

Use Together for a read-aloud, discussion, outing or break everyone shares. Put individual assignments in each child’s column on the same row. Leave unused spaces blank.
Write “with me” beside a child’s lesson and independent work in the other children’s columns. Reading across the row makes overlapping requests for your help easier to spot. The time blocks are yours to choose, not a required school day.
Enter one name per line. Under Activities, each time block has a box for what you do together and one for each child, in the order of the names. A box left empty stays as writing space. The date box stays blank for you to fill in on paper or in the fillable PDF.
