Basketball score sheet
Keep score of a basketball game on one sheet: for each team, twelve rows for the players with their number, five boxes to cross off fouls and their points in each quarter and overtime, then the team’s fouls and time-outs and the final score. Type the team names first, or write them in.

Keeping the book
Write each player’s shirt number and name before the game. When a player scores, add the points in that quarter’s box; when they commit a foul, cross off a box. At the end of each quarter, total the column into the team row and note the team fouls. Your league’s rules say how many fouls a player may have and how many time-outs each team gets, so cross off the boxes you do not use.
