Five dice score sheet
A score card for the classic five-dice game, the one Hasbro sells as Yahtzee: ones to sixes and the 35-point bonus in the upper section, then three and four of a kind, full house, small and large straight, five of a kind and chance, each with its score beside it. A column for each of up to six players, or one player’s card with a column for each of six games; type the names, or write them in.

How to play
Each player has thirteen turns, one for each box. Roll all five dice, keep any you like and roll the rest, up to three rolls in all, then fill one empty box. When the roll fits no empty box, write 0 in one of them; a box once filled stays filled. The highest grand total wins. Playing alone, choose one player’s card and try to beat your own score from game to game.
How each box scores
In the upper section, add only the dice showing that number: three 4s score 12. Score 63 or more there, three of each number, and add the 35-point bonus. Three of a kind, four of a kind and chance score the total of all five dice. A full house, three of one number and a pair, scores 25; a small straight, four in a row, 30; a large straight, five in a row, 40; and five of a kind 50.
A second five of a kind
Each further five of a kind earns a 100-point bonus, ticked on its row, as long as the five of a kind box holds 50 and not a 0. Fill an empty box with it as well: the matching number in the upper section if it is free, otherwise three or four of a kind, otherwise any box, at its full score.
