Printable Year Overview Planner Pages

Use the year overview to see months, deadlines and broad plans together without downloading a separate file for every calendar year.

Choose the layout for the job

Every selected year overview produces two pages: January through June, then July through December. Dated mode derives each included year from your date range; undated mode produces one reusable two-page overview.

  • Choose a dated range that includes the year or years you need, or choose undated mode.
  • Place the year-overview layout group in the order you want relative to the other selected layout groups.
  • Optional U.S. federal holiday labels use current recurring rules for 2021–2100; they are not a complete historical holiday record.

Keep the refill consistent

Open these choices in the builder, select the finished-size preset and arrange this page with the rest of your layouts. The inner content margin moves writing areas away from the selected binding edge. It is content clearance, not a punch-hole coordinate or a promise that a particular punch will fit. Trim first, then align the finished sheet with the punch maker’s physical guide.

Preview, test and know the limit

A year overview is best for scanning and coordination, not detailed scheduling. Pair it with monthly or weekly pages when individual dates need room.

Download a one-page test before committing to a full run. In the print dialog, choose the paper named in your plan, turn off Fit or other scaling, and measure the calibration mark. A mathematically correct PDF cannot predict a printer driver, printable area, feed path, or borderless setting.
