The numbers count presidencies, not people. Grover Cleveland served two terms with Benjamin Harrison’s between them, so he is the 22nd and the 24th president, and Donald Trump, who returned in 2025 after Joe Biden’s term, is the 45th and the 47th. That makes 47 numbers for 45 men.
Learning them in order
Learn five or six at a time, in order, and say each group aloud before you add the next. Fold the sheet so the names are hidden and say each one from its number, or print the quiz: the numbers and years with a line for each name, and the whole list on the second page to check the answers. For the group you have just learned, set the quiz from one president’s number to another’s, 1 to 6 for the first six, and the answer key covers the same presidents.
Edit the list before printing
The rows are a starting list. Change, delete or add rows in the entries box: one row per line, with a vertical bar between columns. A row in capitals prints as a heading without a checkbox.
All 50 US states in alphabetical order, each with its two-letter postal abbreviation and its capital, and a box to tick: for learning them, for the license plate game on a road trip, or for the states you have been to. Or print it as a quiz, with the capitals to write in and the answer key after it.
How long to keep your tax records, by the IRS’s periods: the papers behind a return for 3 years after you file it, 7 years for a loss from worthless securities or a bad debt, and at least 4 years for a household employee’s tax records. Keep copies of the filed returns themselves. Each row has room for where the paper is kept and the year it can go; blank rows below are for your other papers.
